THE JOB
As a Hospital Manager, you’ll guide your people and operate your hospital the VEG Way, with a strong sense of ownership and the freedom to shape an environment constantly on the frontlines of change. You’ll be a constant presence in your hospitals, advancing culture, engagement, efficiency, growth, and financial health by finding ways to say yes to your VEGgies—equipping them with the tools, support, education, and autonomy they need to thrive. Using the VEG framework to guide your decisions, you’ll ensure your hospital performs at the highest level, while fostering an inclusive workplace where VEGgies feel they belong, take pride in their roles, and invite friends to join. You’ll also build collaborative, mutually rewarding partnerships with referring vets and local businesses, making VEG the go-to for emergency pet care in your community.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Actively recruit, hire, onboard and continuously develop the right people for VEG and your hospital
Ensure your hospital delivers a mind-blowing experience for patients, customers, and VEGgies at your hospital
Ensure your hospital is compliant, well-maintained, and operationally sound
Drive performance at your hospital, making it a high-revenue, high-margin business that challenges the status quo and achieves financial targets
Help grow VEG’s reputation locally and throughout the industry, online, and in the media
WHAT YOU NEED
Leadership experience, including overseeing and scheduling teams of 50+, recruiting, training, facilitating developmental meetings, performance management, and building effective teams
Financial management experience, including full P&L oversight consisting of budgeting, payroll, and accounts receivable
Operations management experience, including inventory and facility management
A desire to be coached and develop personally
When on the floor, you're consistently available, accessible, and approachable; this is not a remote position
Must be willing to work in a noisy environment with strong or unpleasant odors
Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays on a rotating or as needed basis based on hospital needs
Work well in a fast-paced environment with people from all backgrounds and different personality types

Hospital Manager - Nashua, New Hampshire

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and a valid US driver's license with auto insurance and at least three years of driving experience, with access to reliable transportation required. Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting in Nashua, NH. The DSP will provide support with daily activities, including household chores, meal preparation, recreational activities, learning activities, and physical fitness activities. The DSP will represent the needs, wants, and interest of individuals served or supported by the program, and provide input on program planning and implementation for individuals. As part of your role, you may assist individuals with transportation to community activities, helping them build valuable life skills. Depending on program needs, transportation may involve the use of a company vehicle or, when necessary, a personal vehicle—with mileage reimbursement provided as applicable.
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour, based on education and experience
Hours: 1st or 2nd shift, full time 
Our ideal candidate:
Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities in a professional setting strongly preferred.
Basic computer skills, experience using Therap a plus!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High School Diploma or GED required.

range in age from 18 – 102 years old!

Our goal is to assist our clients with their daily quality of life by helping
with non-medical personal care assistance. We assist clients with things like
showering, personal care, meals, housekeeping, transportation for medical
appointments and errands. Each care plan is different and catered towards each
client’s individual needs.
