By accessing or using the FedUp.work website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for your conduct and any content you post or share through our Services.

2.2 Resume Submission & Sharing

By submitting a resume or professional profile, you grant FedUp.work permission to store, process, and share this information with third-party employers, recruiting services, infrastructure providers (such as AWS), and analytics platforms we use to operate and improve the Services. We do not log sensitive user specifics in analytics tools. You may withdraw this permission at any time by deleting your resume or closing your account.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account.

4. Content

The content provided on our Services is for general information purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or remove content at our discretion. You acknowledge that we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content on the site.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the content and materials on our Services are owned by or licensed to FedUp.work. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from our Services without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FedUp.work makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Services, or the information, content or materials included therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FedUp.work, nor its directors, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. Refunds & Cancellations

FedUp.work subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first billing cycle. If you would like to cancel within that window, email support@fedup.work with the subject line “Refund request,” include the email tied to your account, and let us know how we can improve the experience. Our team will respond within one business day and issue the refund immediately. Additional details are available on our Refunds & Cancellations page.

After the 14-day guarantee period, cancellations stop future renewals and your access continues through the end of the current billing cycle. Charges outside the guarantee window are non-refundable unless required by law.
