For sign-in trouble, profile questions, resume-tool issues, job-link problems, or general product feedback, email support@fedup.work. Include a concise description, the affected page, and your browser or device when it is relevant.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

For subscription or refund questions, use the email associated with your FedUp.work account and include the charge date if known. Payment-card details are not needed. The refund and cancellation page explains the current guarantee and processing expectations.

  • Accessibility: describe the task you were trying to complete and the barrier you encountered.
  • Privacy: identify the account or request involved without including unnecessary sensitive information.
  • Security: use the subject “Security concern” and avoid sending secrets or classified material.
