Billing, cancellation, and refunds
For subscription or refund questions, use the email associated with your FedUp.work account and include the charge date if known. Payment-card details are not needed. The refund and cancellation page explains the current guarantee and processing expectations.
Accessibility, privacy, security, and corrections
- Accessibility: describe the task you were trying to complete and the barrier you encountered.
- Privacy: identify the account or request involved without including unnecessary sensitive information.
- Security: use the subject “Security concern” and avoid sending secrets or classified material.
- Editorial corrections: include the public page URL, the statement in question, and a supporting source when available.
