Career-transition pages will organize private-sector paths by agency, specialty, location, and transferable work pattern. They are designed to help public servants translate what they actually did—not just a federal title—into roles and search terms employers recognize.
This collection is not yet populated with a publishable leaf guide, so the hub remains out of search indexes for now. Use the federal role translation library and career guides in the meantime; this page can become indexable once at least one complete transition path is reviewed and published.
