Stantec’s Downtown Los Angeles office is seeking a Project Manager that will
lead multi-disciplined project teams to deliver fueling system engineering
projects.  You will apply engineering principles, your superior client service
skills, and project management best practices to deliver fueling systems
projects that meet the project requirements, exceed client expectations, and
meet project financial and other objectives. 

A Project Manager will serve as a “seller-doer” in assisting business
development and then leading projects to successful completion.

Your Key Responsibilities  

 * Successfully manages projects, and tasks of scope, complexity and revenue

   Business Center and firm-wide goals.

Education and Experience

 * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, planning, or related sciences. Master’s
   degree in engineering, planning and/or related sciences is a plus.
 * Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in project management preferably for
   large engineering, design, and construction projects for energy sectors. 
 * Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, and/or as a
   “seller-doer”.
 * Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred. 
 * Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E. license) is preferred

Position Description
EIP is seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Manager to support implementation of a Large Commercial Energy Efficiency Program for a major California natural gas utility. In this role, you will manage day-to-day program operations and support successful delivery of services to large commercial customers.
The Program Manager will play a key role in coordinating program activities across internal staff, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure services are delivered effectively, program requirements are met, and administrative processes are completed accurately and on time. This includes managing program planning, supervising program staff, tracking performance, coordinating service delivery, preparing reports, overseeing invoicing support, supporting internal financial management, and helping maintain strong communication across the program team.
This role also serves as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the utility client, with responsibility for maintaining a strong client relationship, coordinating with utility staff regarding approvals and program support needs, and ensuring alignment on priorities, schedules, deliverables, and performance expectations. In addition, the Program Manager may conduct outreach to high-potential customers to support program participation and strategic project development.

Required Qualifications 
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental studies, engineering, energy management, public administration, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
· Experience: At least 5 years of experience in program management, project coordination, operations, client services, or a related role, preferably in energy efficiency, utilities, clean energy, or a similar field.

Job Description
The Program Director, Water / Wastewater provides senior leadership and oversight for the successful delivery of large, complex water/wastewater programs of significant strategic and public value across the United States.
The role has been established to strengthen leadership readiness for critical water and wastewater pursuits and to support long-term succession planning for our active programs, ensuring experienced program leadership is in place to transition seamlessly from pursuit through delivery.

Current Programs include municipal drinking water systems, wastewater treatment facilities, collection and conveyance networks, water reuse, regulatory compliance and consent decree programs, climate resilience initiatives as well as major capacity expansion and rehabilitation efforts.

The Program Director sets the overall direction for program delivery, establishing governance, technical assurance, commercial frameworks, and integrated management systems required to meet client objectives, regulatory obligations, and community expectations.
Acting as the primary leader for day-to-day integration and performance, the role oversees multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction management, environmental compliance, commercial management, and stakeholder engagement.

In addition to delivery leadership, the role plays a key part in work winning, contributing to capture strategy, proposal development, and client engagement for high-priority pursuits.
Due to the nature of this role, the initial work location may be flexible. However, relocation to a program location will be required once a suitable program has been identified and awarded. Current program locations include Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Atlanta and Dallas.
Key Responsibilities
Provide senior leadership across the full lifecycle of major water/wastewater programs, from pursuits and mobilization through execution, commissioning, and closeout.
Establish and maintain program governance, assurance, and performance frameworks aligned with municipal, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
Direct and integrate senior leaders across engineering, construction management, environmental compliance, operations readiness, and commercial management.
Ensure program-wide compliance with safety, environmental, drinking water, and water quality standards, including permits and consent decrees.
Provide senior commercial oversight including contract strategy, supplier engagement, risk management, change control, and financial governance.
Act as the principal point of contact for municipal clients, regulators, delivery partners, and community stakeholders.
Champion innovation, digital delivery, and continuous improvement across water and wastewater infrastructure programs.
Support major water/wastewater pursuits and programs, including proposal strategy, interviews, and transition from award to delivery.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental sciences, construction management, project management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Typically 15+ years of professional experience delivering large, complex water and/or wastewater programs.
Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams within regulated public-sector environments.

PgMP, PMP, CCM, or similar professional certification preferred.

About the Position:
The ECM Program Coordinator oversees the Enhanced Care Management (ECM)- Community Supports (CS) project in the assigned County. Supports the Management Team, as well as oversee the day-to-day administration of programming activities and provides direct supervision to faculty working on this project. ECM is a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to healthcare that aims to improve outcomes for high-need populations. This involves the coordination of medical, behavioral, and social services to address the full range of patient needs, focusing on those with complex and chronic conditions. ECM programs are designed to optimize care delivery, reduce unnecessary hospitalizations, and improve the overall quality of life for students served. The Program Manager is responsible for the Team Management, Staff Development, Stakeholder Engagement, Community Partnerships, Financial Management, and Program Compliance.

What You Will Do: 
Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the ECM-CS program in assigned county, ensuring the needs of members are being met.
Manage and supervise the work of assigned staff/team. 
Comply with contract requirements, as well as state and federal regulations.
Train a multi-disciplinary team (Advocates, Housing Navigator and Quality Assurance Specialist)
Work closely with the Advocates and other team students to identify necessary clinical and non-clinical resources that may be needed to appropriately assess enrolled ECM students’ health status and gaps in care.
Foster a collaborative culture that encourages teamwork, continuous learning, and excellent student care.
Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and address the comprehensive needs of students.
Provide oversight to billing/claiming processes, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and MediCal ECM standards.
Evaluate program operations and activities in terms of over-all effectiveness and compliance; implement improvements and modifications as necessary; and adjust overall goals and objectives in response to program directives and/or student needs. 
Ensures compliance with Amity policies and procedures and applicable contract obligations.
Attends and participates in Amity community building functions.
Attend workshops, meetings, and trainings as requested by the Program Manager.

Work Location 
This position is eligible for either Hybrid or Remote options. The Hybrid option requires attendance in our Downtown Los Angeles office on a full-time basis 2- 3 days per week on days determined by CPA, with work location on the remaining days either in office or remote. This includes a transportation allowance. The Remote option requires you to be available to attend full-time in office days and/or field events within Los Angeles and Ventura Counties in accordance with the needs of the company that may start as early as 8:30am at least 2 days per week. Job Description Summary:
The People Concern is partnered with the Department of Health Services (DHS) and their Housing for Health (HFH) Program to provide housing and Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) to persons experiencing homelessness. The Project-based Housing Program houses individuals transitioning from homelessness in subsidized housing units that are attached to supportive services.
Project-based Housing clients are linked to ICMS case managers who provide home-based and field-based interventions clinical services while employing trauma-informed care and harm reduction approaches. Clients in our programs are a diverse group with complex trauma experiences complicated by medical, mental health and substance use barriers. Clients remain in the program for as long as they require subsidized housing. For many individuals this may mean their entire lifetime.
The Program Manager is responsible for daily oversite of the ICMS Teams based in the Project-based Housing sites. This includes assistance with client crisis management, coordination of services, and clinical supervision to case management team. The Program Manager serves as the primary liaison between the agency’s DHS HFH program staff and the ICMS team, ensuring funder standards are met. They also support collaborative working relationships with site-based partners including property managers, housing developers, and local community resources.

Job Description Qualifications:
Bachelors’ degree.
Minimum of two years’ full-time experience working with the homeless population or severe and persistent mental illness.
Two years’ supervisory experience
Able to provide direct supervision and management of assigned staff
Able to work in a high tolerance Harm Reduction model with clients who have multiple barriers
Current, valid California Driver’s with an acceptable driving record

Masters Degree, BBS Eligible, LCSW or LMFT, or close to licensure.
Two years’ supervisory experience.
Experience working with the criminal justice population
Knowledge and experience in chemical dependency and substance abuse treatment.

Job Description Summary:
The People Concern is partnered with the Department of Health Services (DHS) and their Housing for Health (HFH) Program to provide housing and Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) to persons experiencing homelessness. The Project-based Housing Program houses individuals transitioning from homelessness in subsidized housing units that are attached to supportive services.
Project-based Housing clients are linked to ICMS case managers who provide home-based and field-based interventions clinical services while employing trauma-informed care and harm reduction approaches. Clients in our programs are a diverse group with complex trauma experiences complicated by medical, mental health and substance use barriers. Clients remain in the program for as long as they require subsidized housing. For many individuals this may mean their entire lifetime.
The Program Manager is responsible for daily oversite of the ICMS Teams based in the Project-based Housing sites. This includes assistance with client crisis management, coordination of services, and clinical supervision to case management team. The Program Manager serves as the primary liaison between the agency’s DHS HFH program staff and the ICMS team, ensuring funder standards are met. They also support collaborative working relationships with site-based partners including property managers, housing developers, and local community resources.
Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Bachelors-level Case Managers and Masters-level Clinical Case Managers.
Facilitate weekly team meetings and case consultation utilizing a trauma-informed care lens and harm reduction approach.
Collaborate with other Housing Department teams, DHS supports, and community partners to develop creative interventions focused on improving the safety and well-being of our most marginalized clients.
