Analytica is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage data and analytics projects for federal government clients in the DC metro area. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with clients in both a consulting and delivery capacity to tackle complex, enterprise cloud or on-premise software and technology projects.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to): 
Regularly interface with clients at numerous levels of an organization—project managers, stakeholders, end-users, data owners, analysts, IT groups, management, and executives—to drive the delivery of technology projects 
Manage project delivery agile project ceremonies and activities as required, including creating Epic / User stories creation, product and sprint backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, JIRA board management, sprint reviews and retrospectives 
Provide client interface and consulting support to delivery and engineering teams on business analysis, technology approach, solutions, project management process and client engagement to drive delivery success 
Basic Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree in relative field 
CSM, SAFe, and/or PMP certification 
10+ years’ consulting and agile project management experience 
Highly capable client management experience with a focus on building deep client relationships across an account 
Demonstrated experience working with Agile framework and facilitating all Agile Scrum ceremonies including designing EPIC / User stories, sprint backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives 
Demonstrated experience interfacing with clients, technical SME's, and other project team members to establish, monitor and perform against requirements and deliverables 
Proven leadership and communication abilities 
U.S. Citizen able to obtain a US Public Trust clearance

Project Manager (Agile)

Responsibilities
Employ software development techniques and methodologies for solving tough analytical challenges.
Use software development skills to automate manual analytical processes.
Opportunity to expand beyond specializations to include front-end user interfaces, back-end microservices, web services, cloud architectures, as well as databases and other persistent data stores.
Deploy developed IT solutions, user applications, databases, and other IT capabilities.
Design and develop specialized user solutions, applications, and databases using a hybrid Agile approach within a DevOps environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Working knowledge of datastores MongoDB, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, S3, Redshift, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
Familiar with technologies jQuery, ASP/.Net, NoSQL, PL/SQL, LDAP, HTTP, REST/SOAP, and RDBMS.
Familiar with Configuration Management and CI Tools, such as Git/Gitlab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Maven, Ansible, and Chef.
Familiar with Linux/Unix server environments.
Experience with Agile development methodology.
Working knowledge of Collaboration tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.
Keen interest in learning and using the latest software tools, methods, and technologies to solve real-world problem sets vital to national security.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Working knowledge of software platforms and services, such as Docker, Kubernetes, JMS/SQS/SNS, Kafka, AWS Lambda, and NiFi.
Working knowledge of public keys and digital certificates.
Experience with automated testing patterns and tools, such as Mocha/Chai, JUnit, NUnit, and TestNG.
Experience with DevOps environments.
Expertise in various COTS, GOTS, and open-source tools that support the development of data integration and visualization applications.
