Job Description What you will be doing: Work on sophisticated transactions for buyers, sellers, and/or private equity. Lead transactions and participate as part of a team. Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate merger and acquisition opportunities. Experience you will need: 3 to 7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. Substantial experience in all types of mergers and acquisitions. Strong academic background. Previous large firm experience is desired. Must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and willing to become licensed in North Carolina within one year.
