Full Job Description
Position Purpose: Support strategies to ensure successful maintenance and implementation of compliance programs that meet regulatory requirements for assigned products across the entire company. Key Details: Applicants for this job have the flexibility to work remote from home anywhere in the Continental United States. Monitor state regulations, contract amendments, executive action, rulemaking, and other regulatory guidance and notify stakeholders of regulatory changes. Maintain and track laws, regulations and various compliance guidance documents. Review and synthesize regulatory requirements and prepare regular updates, white papers and reporting on the impactful regulatory actions. Work in collaboration with Policy, Government Relations, Legal and other key departments to assess and analyze impactful regulations and guidance. Support implementation oversight of new compliance requirements with respect to regulatory language. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related legal field or equivalent experience. Master’s or Juris Doctorate degree preferred and maybe considered in lieu of experience. 3+ years of related experience in compliance privacy and/or regulatory affairs. Experience in project management with working knowledge of laws and/or regulations in area of compliance, and state regulations.
