We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Agent with a military background (active or former) to provide high-level security for an executive business center serving senior leadership at our client. This role involves facility patrols, systems monitoring, and direct engagement with executive-level personnel in a professional, business-center environment. The ideal candidate exhibits exceptional observational skills, sound judgment under pressure, and the professionalism required to interact directly with senior executives in a corporate setting. You will perform all duties in accordance with Surefox and client policies and procedures, and all state & federal regulations. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: responding to emergency events, assessing medical and non-medical issues, addressing staffing deficiencies, and effectively handling client requests in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who has exceptional observational skills and exhibits close attention to detail. The ability to work independently on assignments and to coordinate with supporting and/or adjacent teams, agencies, or vendors are critical to ensuring clients security requirements are addressed in a timely and professional manner. The individual selected must be flexible and able to respond to dynamic situations with sound judgment as well as have the ability to perform their duties on a national and international level. Base hourly rate $45.00 What You Will Do Perform security patrols of the business center and designated areas on foot while monitoring access points Provide professional client engagement with executive-level personnel as the point of contact for the business center Manage and monitor surveillance equipment, cameras, and access control systems Maintain and update logs of pertinent activity related to the facility Watch for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-site Coordinate with emergency services and law enforcement agencies as necessary Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities Provide assistance to employees and create a safe, professional environment for visitors and executives Conduct ongoing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments of the facility Work independently and adapt to varying operational tempo while maintaining a high level of situational awareness Follow business center security operating procedures and guidelines Comply with company policies and all applicable state and federal regulations What Is Required Active or former military background (required) Must be eligible for employment within the United States Must be a minimum of 18 years old per state licensing guidelines Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening Must have 3-5 years of physical security experience Must have a current BSIS guard card (or equivalent state licensure) Must have a high school degree or equivalent Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergencies Strong writing and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels, including senior executives Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to pass a physical agility test, with or without reasonable accommodation, prior to start date CPR/First Aid/AED certification for all ages Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours as required Demonstrate an operational understanding of current security and monitoring technology across all platforms What Is Desired Security or law enforcement experience preferred Report writing experience preferred Experience in a corporate or tech business-center environment De-escalation training Compensation and Benefits 401k Medical/Dental/Vision benefits Voluntary Life and Short Term Disability Benefits Gym Benefit If you share our values and are ready to build your next career, we want to hear from you!
