Special Requirements Bachelor’s Degree + 10 years of relevant experience US Citizenship required to obtain Public Trust Experience leading teams, P&L, and Organic Program Growth Experience building out Fraud Capabilities The Gist… Our Technical Project Manager will be instrumental in working with the federal government to continue to mature an identity fraud prevention program. You will run the day-to-day operations of fraud monitoring and investigative services, promote communication, partner to develop program strategy, and support the execution of the program. What Your Day Might Include… Lead a team of fraud investigators and data analysts to ensure a high quality, secure, and privacy-centered experience for citizens. Support the development of a product roadmap to forecast program maturation, improve the data analytic capability, expand the investigator ability, reduce fraud impacts on partners, and promote equitable customer experience and compliance. Through data-driven insights, develop recommendations for process development, controls, and tooling improvements changes to improve fraud identification, reduce fraud incidents, improve overall team performance, and enhance proactive monitoring. Drive innovation and ensure our teams have the tools and processes necessary to create a more secure and equitable experience for end users. Draft proposals, strategic plans, briefings, whitepapers, and similar written and oral products that communicate strategic fraud program direction to stakeholders. Hire and train new team members, mentor and coach, empower your team to improve, and celebrate excellent performance. Work closely with partner teams to support fraud operations as we scale our products and user base and build a fraud-focused culture within the program. Attend team and stakeholder meetings, participate in and/or direct working groups, preparation sessions and other planning-focused engagements and informational sessions as necessary. Lead fraud risk assessments and special studies and develop and expand the fraud risk framework. Prepare monthly metrics and reports related to fraud operation and investigation for government and internal stakeholders. Continue to define and market Amivero’s fraud operations capability. Participate in business development efforts to ensure the growth of Amivero’s fraud operations capability. Lead efforts to expand the fraud prevention capability to other government agencies or business units, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. Develop and execute plans for knowledge sharing, training, and technology transfer. Qualifications Bachelor Degree +10 years of experience US Citizenship Required to obtain Public Trust The ideal candidate is a proven leader in Fraud/Identity/Risk operations and process optimization who is attentive to customer experience Experience creating environments where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them A passion for identifying problems and finding the best possible solution Detail-oriented and have excellent verbal and written communications skills, investigative skills, and organization skills. Excellent personal skills needed for setting team/program objectives, earning buy-in, and obtaining the cooperation of team members and partners Expert skills in conducting technical analysis of fraud-related issues including threats, incidents, and investigations Experience fostering collaborative environments with internal partner teams and external customer teams in an Agile environment Ability to drive high-quality team performance under pressure and time constraints Experience leading and managing investigations and a team of investigators, preferably with a focus on identity fraud-related crimes Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L and implement cost-effective strategies.
