Location: Must be able to work onsite in Suwanee, GA POSITION SUMMARY The Supply Chain Analyst supports the performance and continuous improvement of end-to-end supply chain operations through data analysis, reporting, modeling, and cross-functional collaboration. This position analyzes supply chain data across inventory, demand, procurement, capacity, transportation, and logistics to identify risks, improve service, reduce costs, and support informed business decisions. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  * Analyze supply chain data related to inventory, demand, procurement, production, capacity, transportation, and logistics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Develop, maintain, and report key performance indicators and operational metrics related to service, inventory, lead time, forecast accuracy, transportation, cost, and overall supply chain performance. * Extract, clean, manipulate, and analyze data from ERP systems and other business platforms using Excel, business intelligence tools, and related analytical applications. * Develop analytical models, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights and support operational and leadership decision making. * Support demand forecasting by analyzing historical demand, trends, variability, and other relevant data to improve forecast accuracy and future SKU requirements. * Support inventory planning and optimization by evaluating inventory levels, reorder points, safety stock, inventory turns, and slow-moving, obsolete, or at-risk inventory. * Support capacity planning by analyzing production volume requirements against available machine, labor, material, and operational capacity. * Provide analytical support for Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) activities by comparing demand requirements with procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and logistics capabilities. * Conduct root-cause and gap analysis when performance falls outside established targets and develop data-driven recommendations for corrective actions and process improvements. * Support supply chain improvement projects by monitoring initiatives against established metrics, maintaining project data, communicating results, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to implement sustainable improvements. Additional REQUIRED Qualifications/Skills:  * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Data Analytics, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and modeling, with experience using Power BI, Tableau, or a similar business intelligence or reporting platform. * Ability to develop, interpret, and communicate supply chain KPIs and understand their operational and financial impact. * Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels. Additional PREFERRED Qualifications/Skills:  * Experience supporting demand planning, inventory planning, capacity planning, MRP, and/or S&OP processes. * Experience with SQL or similar data-query tools, along with ERP or analytical platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Traverse, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable systems. * Working knowledge of ERP systems and core supply chain processes, including inventory management, demand planning, procurement, production planning, MRP, and logistics. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured problem-solving approaches. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS
