Five Rivers Analytics is looking for a Program Analyst to work in North Charleston, SC on a hybrid basis. The Program Analyst will support the Naval Information Warfare Center-Atlantic’s Marine Corps Application Modernization and Delivery Integrated Product Team program operations through administrative coordination, communication development, customer engagement, and financial tracking. This role ensures that program activities run smoothly, deadlines are met, and the customer receives timely, accurate information and support. Responsibilities Provide administrative support for program activities, including scheduling, documentation, correspondence, and action tracking. Coordinate tasks and information flow between the customer, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Develop, review, and refine communications such as briefs, presentations, status updates, and meeting materials. Assist in preparing and delivering program briefings and reports. Support financial analysis activities, including budget tracking, spend plans, forecasts, and financial documentation. Maintain program records, logs, dashboards, and organizational tools to ensure easy access to up-to-date information. Monitor program milestones, risks, and deliverables and help escalate issues when necessary. Contribute to process improvements and recommend efficiencies in program workflows. Coordinate stakeholder visits, including working with visitor control and booking conference rooms. Qualifications Must be US Citizen able to obtain a DoD clearance if needed (able to start without one). 2 years of experience providing administrative or program support in a professional environment (including risk management, requirements tracking, or performance metrics). 2 years of experience supporting briefings, presentations, or customer-facing communications. 1 year of financial analysis experience, such as budget monitoring, tracking expenditures, or preparing financial summaries (work related or school project related acceptable). Experience creating dashboards, trackers, or workflow tools (school projects or work related) Proficiency with common office tools and software. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal in order to work collaboratively across teams and with customers. Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Desired Qualifications: PMP Certification. Knowledge of government or industry program operations. Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting data or trends.
