UVeye is seeking a detail-oriented and operationally focused Supply Chain Analyst with a proven ability to support streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver high-quality results. Reporting to the Demand and Supply Planning Senior Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of the sales order lifecycle from order creation through fulfillment and assignment. This role acts as the operational bridge between Sales, Service and Delivery, Supply Chain, Logistics, Implementation, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure that all sales orders are accurately processed, fulfilled, and tracked. The position focuses on maintaining order accuracy, coordinating system fulfillment, managing order assignment, and enabling the sales organization with the proper visibility and operational support required to deliver orders to customers successfully and on time. This role plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency, improving order-to-delivery performance, and ensuring alignment between sales commitments and operational execution. The role also works closely with Supply and Material Senior Planner, global contract manufacturers and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure inventory accuracy across order fulfillment cycle and smooth coordination of inbound and outbound product movement, and also helps integrate traditional logistics operations with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation to optimize performance. Key focus areas include predictive demand forecasting, automated data pipelines, and smart inventory optimization. This position is on-site at our Teaneck, NJ office and is an IC role. A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact: Manage sales order processing and order management activities Coordinate inventory allocation to support customer orders Oversee order fulfillment coordination with logistics and operations Maintain visibility of order backlog and delivery commitments Support communication between Sales and Supply Chain Ensure accurate order entry and processing Monitor fulfillment performance and delivery timelines Assist Sales with order status, delivery commitments, and issue resolution Maintain accurate inventory allocation records and inventory ATP accounts Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2+ years of experience in order fulfillment, supply planning, material, inventory management, or supply chain operations. Working knowledge in ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills. Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Tableau for Supply Chain Analytics). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Compensation: UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000.
