ELS is hiring for the position of Procurement Analyst in Chicago, Illinois. Position Summary We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support enterprise-wide sourcing, supplier management, procurement operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a collaborative business partner with strong analytical skills who can manage supplier relationships, improve purchasing processes, and drive value across the organization. Key Responsibilities Support strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, contract lifecycle activities, and national supplier programs. Manage supplier performance, pricing reviews, rebates, and reporting to maximize value and ensure alignment with company objectives. Maintain procurement resources including supplier catalogs, purchasing portal content, guided buying tools, and employee communications. Partner with teams to support CAPEX purchasing, quote management, vendor onboarding, issue resolution, and preferred supplier compliance. Develop spend analysis, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting to identify savings opportunities and improve procurement performance. Identify process improvements and leverage AI-enabled tools and technology to enhance procurement efficiency. Support cross-functional initiatives, employee account administration, onboarding/offboarding, and procurement training programs. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or purchasing. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while building strong cross-functional relationships. Estimated compensation for this position in the states of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA is: Annual Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
