Salary Statement Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $69,450.00/Yr. - USD $115,750.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Description Evaluating, assessing, and making recommendations to senior staff on process improvements, resource allocation, and budget #LI-TF1 FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING Requirements Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and at least three years of relevant experience; OR an associates degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and at least seven years of relevant experience; OR a high school diploma / general educational development (GED) and at least nine years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience managing a specific project or groups of projects serving as the liaison between project management, project planning, and line management Demonstrated experience identifying technical, staffing, and tooling resources Demonstrated experience reviewing and preparing work orders that include budgets, cost estimates, project execution plans, schedules, and inputs to status reports Demonstrated experience managing daily operations and oversight of the standardization of DoD processes and procedures Desired Skills Experience with C5ISR integration into air platforms and ground mobile systems Clearance Information SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL Travel Requirements No more than ten business days per calendar year About Us Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
