Job Family: Management Consulting Travel Required: None Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do: Guidehouse is seeking an Analyst ​with federal procurement experience to support a federal law enforcement agency by helping evaluate business processes, acquisition documentation, performance reporting, and operational information that enhance acquisition and procurement decision-making enterprise-wide. They will partner closely with senior leadership, including executives and branch chiefs to review documentation, clarify issues and gaps associated procurement submissions, develop repeatable reporting processes and technical documentation, develop recurring and ad hoc reports, monitor compliance, and provide actionable recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness. A successful candidate will have knowledge and experience with the federal procurement process, understand the different acquisition documentation required for contracting, and be able to speak plainly and clearly to agency leadership regarding issues identified during their document reviews. The analyst will be asked to develop leadership briefs and other reporting to provide status updates to agency procurement leadership. What You Will Need: Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. Bachelor's degree THREE (3) years of experience in government or consulting supporting procurement or acquisition activities. What Would Be Nice To Have: Familiarity with DOJ and/or USMS systems and processes Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and executive briefings Experience using SharePoint to manage, organize, and share information across teams Knowledge of federal financial and acquisition systems such as UFMS, FPDS, CPARS, SAM, or similar platforms Experience analyzing procurement, acquisition, financial, or workforce data to identify trends, measure performance, and support strategic initiatives Ability to create executive-level presentations Familiarity with supporting senior leaders through data calls, strategic planning efforts, and special projects What We Offer: Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
