Full Job Description

TechOp Solutions International is seeking qualified candidates for a potential Project Manager position in support of an anticipated federal contract opportunity. The Project Manager will provide overall coordination, leadership, and oversight of project activities supporting Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act, records, information management, or related federal program functions. This individual will work with government stakeholders and project personnel to support effective service delivery, workforce coordination, reporting, and contract performance. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day management and coordination of project activities. Serve as a primary liaison among project staff, company leadership, and government stakeholders. Monitor schedules, deliverables, staffing, workload, and performance requirements. Coordinate project resources and support timely completion of assigned work. Track project status, risks, issues, and action items. Prepare reports, briefings, status updates, and other project documentation. Support quality assurance, process improvement, and performance monitoring activities. Assist with personnel onboarding, training, and workforce coordination. Participate in meetings and provide follow-up on project actions and priorities. Support compliance with applicable contractual and government requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Demonstrated project or program management experience. Experience supporting federal government programs or contracts preferred. Experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities and deliverables. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting FOIA, Privacy Act, records management, legal support, case management, or related federal programs. Experience managing contract personnel or service-delivery teams. Familiarity with federal contracting environments. PMP certification or other project management credentials. Experience with quality control, reporting, workflow management, or process improvement. This position is contingent upon contract award and final customer requirements.
