Description The Program Analyst provides administrative, analytical, and operational support to government leadership and program teams. The position coordinates personnel-related actions, workforce tracking, task management, reporting, and organizational initiatives to ensure efficient program execution and mission success. Essential Responsibilities Support program operations, workforce management, and organizational initiatives. Coordinate and track personnel actions, including pay issues, OTEX requests, term-to-permanent conversions, PD updates, and TDY/deployment requirements. Utilize government systems such as ATAAPS, DCPDS, AutoNOA, eMPRESS, or similar platforms to support workforce activities. Manage civilian awards programs, including monetary, time-off, and honorary award packages. Maintain task trackers, monitor suspense dates, and provide status updates to leadership. Prepare reports, briefings, spreadsheets, and correspondence to support decision-making. Participate in recurring operations meetings and coordinate follow-up actions. Serve as a liaison between leadership, staff, and external stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. Active Secret Clearance Experience supporting government programs, operations, personnel administration, or similar functions. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting federal government or DoD organizations. Familiarity with ATAAPS, DCPDS, AutoNOA, eMPRESS, or similar personnel systems. Experience processing personnel actions, workforce reports, or civilian awards. Experience managing taskers, suspense dates, and executive-level reporting.
