(KAIP) is currently seeking an Executive Project Support role who provides high-level analytical, operational, and project support to executive leadership. This position partners closely with leaders to deliver timely reporting, data-driven insights, and coordination across strategic initiatives, ensuring priorities move forward efficiently and with clarity. The role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable outputs that support informed decision-making. Responsibilities Deliver regular and ad hoc reports, analyses, and insights to support leadership decision-making. Support executive leadership on special projects, strategic initiatives, and high-priority assignments as needed. Collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, translating findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain executive-level status reports, briefings, and presentations that clearly communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and next steps. Provide monthly (and as-needed) project status updates, ensuring alignment with contract deliverables, organizational priorities, and leadership expectations. Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to gather information, track deliverables, and support timely execution of initiatives. Support operational planning by helping define project scopes, timelines, milestones, and success metrics. Assist with preparation of materials for leadership meetings, board or stakeholder briefings, and external presentations as requested. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all reporting and documentation, adhering to organizational standards and contractual requirements. Identify gaps, risks, or emerging issues and proactively elevate them with proposed mitigation strategies or recommendations. Maintain organized documentation, files, and tracking tools to support transparency, continuity, and institutional knowledge. Perform other related duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications Experience interfacing and coordinating with senior leaders, legislators, partner agencies, and cross-agency stakeholders in politically sensitive environments. Proven ability to provide flexible, high-utility support across executive coordination, project management, and stakeholder engagement activities. Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder dynamics while maintaining a professional, confident presence and engaging effectively across diverse personalities. Experience supporting advisory boards and executive leadership through scheduling coordination, communications, and preparation of briefing materials. Proficient in tracking deliverables, synthesizing information, and preparing materials and collateral for advisory boards and leadership meetings. Ability to adapt across initiatives and provide coverage as portfolio priorities and organizational needs evolve. Work/Education Experience Master’s degree in business administration, public administration, healthcare administration, data analytics, or a related field (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree (Required) Compensation Range: $40/hr - $60/hr The salary range for this role may vary depending on the specific geographic location where this position is ultimately filled. Several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, and certifications, pay equity, and organizational needs, are considered when determining the posted salary range.
