Role Overview Sodexo is hiring a Director of Public Sector Partnerships & Growth to lead multi‑year expansion across federal, state, and local government markets. This role drives enterprise‑wide strategy by shaping complex opportunities, aligning solutions to modernization priorities, and unifying efforts across Government, Campus, K‑12, Healthcare, Defense, Corporate Services, and Seniors. The director will translate policy, mission needs, and operational insights into integrated offerings while guiding teams through early shaping, capture strategy, and partnership development. Success requires navigating a matrixed organization, influencing senior stakeholders, and building differentiated solutions enabled by digital transformation, data analytics, and AI. This role is fully remote. Preference for candidate to reside in Washington DC region with expected travel of 50%. Build integrated cross‑segment offerings (food, FM, digital, workforce) to strengthen competitiveness. Develop playbooks, frameworks, and materials that support public‑sector growth. Align Legal, Finance, Operations, Digital, and Solution Design to create cohesive GTM strategies. Guide teams through procurement pathways, compliance expectations, and government culture. Build and maintain high‑value relationships with agency leaders, associations, and partners. What You Bring Deep experience supporting federal, state, and local government programs.
