Relationship Building: Ability to establish positive, caring relationships with executives, managers, physicians, support staff, and patients/families. Clinical Judgment: Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in patient care. Physical Requirements: Mobility, visual manual dexterity, and physical stamina for frequent walking, standing, lifting, and positioning patients. Flexible Shifts: UPMC offers flexible shift options, including night and weekend shifts with premium pay. Employees must have at least 6 months of nursing experience to qualify for these programs.
