Cleared Programs Recruiter Company: IDS International Employment Type: Full -Time Compensation: $59,000 - $67,000 salary (experience-based) plus recruiting bonuses per employee start ranging from $250-$500. You will support sensitive government and intelligence programs where hiring speed, accuracy, and compliance are essential to operational success. This is a long-term opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to grow beyond recruiting into operations management, gain deep expertise in security clearance processes, and ultimately progress into program and operations management leadership roles. KEY ROLES YOU WILL RECRUIT You will source, screen, and hire candidates with five or more years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Cleared Escorts Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Industrial or government security involving counterintelligence Construction quality assurance Hands-on supervisory construction Security monitors Cleared custodians Bodyguards Translators Many roles support sensitive construction and secure facility environments requiring familiarity with ICD/ICS 705 and associated technical specifications. RESPONSIBILITIES Recruiting & Talent Acquisition • Manage full-cycle recruiting for cleared programs with an emphasis on speed, quality, and compliance • Partner with program leadership to understand staffing priorities, timelines, and clearance requirements • Proactively source candidates using applicant tracking systems, referrals, and cleared-talent networks • Conduct initial outreach, screening, and coordination of interviews once verification is complete Security Clearance Awareness • Understand and respect clearance verification workflows and restrictions • Ensure candidates are verified prior to interviews or program-specific discussions • Maintain confidentiality and compliance throughout the recruiting process Pipeline & Operations Management • Maintain accurate, real-time recruiting trackers and dashboards • Track candidate status, site assignment, clearance level, and readiness • Produce regular recruiting and pipeline reports tied to monthly quota performance Tools & Organization • Heavy daily use of Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint • Maintain meticulous organization, documentation, and follow-up discipline • Coordinate effectively across recruiting, security, HR, and operations teams SUCCESS IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified cleared candidates • Demonstrate consistent compliance with clearance verification processes • Meet or exceed monthly recruiting quotas • Establish trust with program leadership through reliability and performance REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Proven experience recruiting in the cleared space • Demonstrated knowledge of government security clearance processes • Experience recruiting technical, construction, or security-focused roles • Strong Microsoft 365 and spreadsheet skills • Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Familiarity with ICD/ICS 705 environments • Experience with clearance-related topics such as SF-86, e-QIP, JPAS, or similar systems • Background recruiting for construction surveillance, protective services, or cleared operational roles CAREER GROWTH This role is intentionally designed as a growth position.
