Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite, 5 days a week) About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Omaha, NE. This role requires a dedicated professional with outstanding communication skills and a strong sense of ownership. The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of navigating complex and matrixed teams, and adept at building clear project plans. This position demands bringing visibility to potential roadblocks early and efficiently managing projects using JIRA and daily scrums. You will be a dependable resource to the reporting leader, ensuring the project's successful execution and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Outstanding Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication across all team levels, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals and progress. Extreme Ownership: Take full responsibility for project outcomes, demonstrating initiative and accountability in all aspects of project management. Proactive Navigation: Skillfully manage complex and matrixed teams to obtain updates and drive project success. Project Planning: Develop detailed and transparent project plans, highlighting potential risks and roadblocks in advance. Efficient Management: Utilize JIRA and conduct daily scrums to track project progress, resolve issues, and adapt plans as necessary. Outcome Ownership: Ensure all project components are delivered to high standards and within the specified timeframe. Support and Dependability: Act as a reliable resource to the reporting leader, providing insights and support to run the project efficiently. Qualifications: Proven experience in a senior project management role. Expertise in using JIRA and managing daily scrums. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams. Exceptional organizational skills with a strategic mindset. Ability to work onsite full-time in Omaha, NE. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. The base salary range for this position is $ $80,000 to $94,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
