Assist with training development including identifying, developing, and delivery of training packages and measuring the learning transfer effectiveness. Conduct research, identify or modify educational programs for a competency model or development goal. Perform training needs assessments to address performance analysis, cause analysis, intervention selection, design, and development. Provide training services to coordinate training events including workshops, exercises, lunch and learns, Computer Based Training, presentations and other means to convey learning. Provide training services for instructor-led training as well as course development using the ADDIE model. Conduct periodic workforce training assessments.
