Overview We are looking for a PT Project Manager to support our government client . In this role, you will be overseeing various aspects of project oversight with a primary focus on onboarding, compliance, personnel monitoring, collaborating with government liaisons to meet contractual obligations, ensuring the timely delivery of project deliverables, and addressing and escalating issues related to both people and projects. This role will require strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, process-oriented approach to task management. \n What You'll Do Government Liaison and Contract Management: Serve as a primary or supporting point of contact for government clients, CORs, andagency stakeholders on delivery related matters. Monitor and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, reporting requirements, and deadlines. Communicate effectively with government representatives to address inquiries, maintain positive relationships, and consider opportunities beyond the existing work. Project Management: Coordinate delivery execution across multiple concurrent projects and programs. Track milestones, sprint approvals, and delivery readiness in partnership with Project Leads and DSMs. Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and required documentation. Provide delivery status updates and backup support for client communications as needed. Identify delivery risks and partner with leadership to develop mitigation strategies. Partner with Finance to support invoicing workflows tied to approved deliverables. Track and report project level utilization and burn data as provided by Finance. Support awareness of contract health indicators and escalate concerns to leadership. Issue Escalation and Resolution: Proactively identify delivery, staffing, or operational risks across assigned projects. Facilitate issue tracking, documentation, and resolution follow up. Escalate high impact or cross contract risks to leadership with clear context and recommended actions. Maintain transparency around risk status and mitigation progress. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, agreements, and project documentation. Generate regular reports on project status, resource allocation, issue escalation, and resolution for management and stakeholders. Recruiting and Onboarding: Work closely with department heads and HR to address staffing needs on tight timelines as needed. Participate in the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and screening, and utilizing our recruitment tool to ensure the project remains fully staffed. Support training of team members on project workflows, onboarding processes, andinternal tools. Contribute to onboarding documentation and knowledge-transfer materials. Verify required trainings and certifications to support contract and regulatory compliance. What You'll Bring 3+ years of industry experience in software development and product management managing projects, preferably with PaaS and SaaS product experience Expert in Agile frameworks, software development lifecycle and documentation.An outcome-oriented approach focused on delivering value to end users backed by measurable, data-driven results. Experience working in cross-functional teams using agile methodologies. A desire to seek different perspectives, and ask for help when needed. Experience uncovering client processes, methods, and tools and evolving approaches to align with client expectations. Nice to have: experience working with the federal government (VA experience preferred). \n $48 - $52 an hour Compensation Compensation for this role is an annualized salary range of $48/hour to $52/hour plus benefits and growth potential. Placement within this range will be based on the competency level of the candidate. An offer will be made at one of the following tiers: Tier 1: $48/hour— Meets minimum qualification/experience requirements. Beyond onboarding, will need additional guidance and training to perform key responsibilities of the role. Tier 2: $50/hour— Experienced and fully-competent. Beyond onboarding, can independently perform key responsibilities of the role. Tier 3: $52/hour— Highly-experienced and can perform all responsibilities of the role at a higher level than expected once onboarding is completed. To ensure equity and consistency across our compensation system, MO applies a structured salary framework. Offers are made within the posted range based on demonstrated competency and experience. This range is non-negotiable to maintain internal and external pay equity.
