Full Job Description

The Project Management Intern supports Project Managers by assisting with project planning, documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder communication to ensure goals are met within scope, budget, and time. They gain hands-on experience in methodologies, risk management, and tool utilization while performing administrative duties, such as updating project trackers, organizing meetings, and preparing status reports.    This role requires 15–20 hours per week during the school year with full-time availability during breaks.   Work Location: Candidates must be located at, and work from, our corporate office in Fargo, ND. Position is not eligible to be remote.   Responsibilities: * Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and meeting minutes.  Helping to document standard operating procedures, work instructions, and general project roll out materials.  * Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with organizing project team meetings, tracking milestones, and ensuring team members meet deadlines.   * Administrative Support: Aid Project Managers (PMs) with daily tasks, such as tracking project performance and updating dashboards.  Help update project status reports and generate weekly, monthly and quarterly project reports.   * Communication: Act as a liaison between team members, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure information flow. * Project Oversight: Support monitoring project risks, scope, and budget, helping to identify potential issues. * Perform other duties as assigned.     Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management software is a plus * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team  EOE/Vet/Disability  #LI-Onsite
