Manager of Data and Analytics- Service Operations Wilmington, DE Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Onsite/Hybrid We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager of Data and Analytics- Service Operations to design and drive our workforce planning analytics strategy. In this role, you will leverage data science, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) to generate predictive and prescriptive insights that inform our talent and workforce strategies. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Operations, HR, Finance, and the business to understand stakeholder objectives and develop data strategies that align with organizational priorities. As the Manager of Data and Analytics- Service Operations, you will lead a team of data analysts responsible for building reports, dashboards, and visualizations that deliver actionable insights. You will set the direction for how data is consumed across the organization, ensuring alignment with data privacy standards and GDPR compliance. Additionally, you will champion the use of AI and machine learning to interpret complex workforce data and enable more proactive, data-driven decision-making. Some of the things you will be doing: Lead the development and execution of the organization’s people analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Partner with stakeholders across Operations, HR, Finance, and the business units to identify strategic goals and opportunities for data-driven improvements. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts, providing guidance on the design and delivery of reports, dashboards, and visualizations. Prioritize and manage data projects to ensure the timely delivery of insights while maintaining a balanced and sustainable workload for the team. Establish and promote best practices for data access and consumption across the organization, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations. Drive the adoption and integration of AI and machine learning to analyze complex workforce data, uncover trends, and enable proactive decision-making. Develop and maintain key people metrics and KPIs to support continuous measurement of HR program effectiveness and workforce health. Present complex data-driven insights in a clear and compelling way to senior leadership and executives. What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need: 5+ years of leadership experience, specifically managing teams in data, reporting, and analytics functions. Proven experience working within a data analytics function, with a track record of delivering impactful, data-driven recommendations and implementing analytics strategies. Proficiency with data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., SQL, Python), as well as data visualization platforms (e.g., Denodo, Domo, Tableau, Power BI); experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) is a plus. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data manipulation. Hands-on experience applying AI and machine learning to workforce data to uncover insights and support predictive analytics. Strong understanding of core HR functional areas, such as talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Solid knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices related to data access, governance, and security. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and develop actionable solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences. Clear understanding of business objectives and how data can be leveraged to inform and drive organizational strategy.
