Professional Services Analyst – Madison, WI (ROLLING APPLICATION) Pay Range: $42–$72 per hour Work Model: Hybrid or Onsite Application Status: Accepting applications on a rolling basis Position Summary The Professional Services Analyst supports the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF), which administers benefit programs for current, inactive, and retired public employees and their beneficiaries. These programs include the Wisconsin Retirement System, various insurance programs, disability programs, and long‑term care benefits. This role is responsible for developing and updating detailed procedural documentation, capturing business process changes driven by modernization efforts, and translating complex information into clear, plain‑language resources for staff and stakeholders. The analyst will collaborate across program areas to support communication, training, policy development, and operational improvements.
