About the Role: We are seeking a Management Analyst with proven experience in health care systems and government operations to support performance improvement, policy implementation, and program evaluation efforts. The ideal candidate will apply analytical and project management skills to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with federal and state health care regulations. This position requires a professional who can translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations and effectively communicate with stakeholders across diverse health and government sectors. Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive data and policy analysis to assess program performance, operational efficiency, and compliance within health care or public sector initiatives. Develop and present reports, dashboards, and policy briefs for senior leadership and Agency partners. Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of health-related programs, grants, and initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys, interviews, and statistical analyses. Prepare and maintain documentation related to regulatory requirements, contracts, and program guidelines. Support budget analysis and financial modeling for programs and policy initiatives. Contribute to change management strategies and organizational improvement projects. Stay current with federal and state health policy changes, CMS regulations, and best practices in public health management. Required Professional Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare clear, concise reports. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Preferred Professional Skills: Knowledge of public health programs, or government funding mechanisms preferred. Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required Minimum 7+ years of agile project management and coaching experience in complex technology environments Minimum 3+ years of experience working in federal government or federal contracting environments Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data, policies, and operational challenges. Experience with performance measurement, process improvement, or strategic planning.
