We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – Commercial Interiors to lead and manage workplace tenant projects, landlord services, and building repositioning initiatives in San Francisco, CA. This role requires a skilled professional with 12–15 years of experience in commercial interior project management, capable of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and adept at coordinating cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and clients. Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead commercial interiors projects, including workplace tenant improvements, landlord services, and building repositioning Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scope of work Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success Conduct regular site visits, monitor construction progress, and address issues proactively Prepare and present project status reports to clients and stakeholders Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Client & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as primary client contact throughout project lifecycle Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction Facilitate communication among all project stakeholders Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements and best practices Team Leadership Mentor and guide junior project staff Foster collaboration among internal teams and external partners Monitor team performance and productivity Requirements 12–15 years of commercial interior project management experience Proven track record managing workplace tenant projects, landlord services, and building repositioning Strong understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specifications Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Career advancement opportunities Collaborative and dynamic work environment NV476
