See more details below related to this specific position. WHEDA is seeking a Project Management Intern to join our Project Management Team in our Madison facility. SALARY: $18.00/hr. POSITION OVERVIEW: The position of Project Management intern is responsible for supporting project managers and business analysts by assisting with project planning, documentation, administrative support and other duties as assigned by the Project Management Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: * · Coordinates and assists with specific work in support of Project Managers and Business Analysts: process mapping, customer review interviews, scheduling/notetaking, practice PMO principles, etc. * · Lead process improvements by leveraging planning tools, refining workflow design, developing clear SOPs for best practices, and assisting with data organization, migration, and content audits. * · Work with IT to help integrate process improvements for better reporting, surveys or dashboard creation. * · Foster standardization within Project management: support Business Analyst and Project Management team members with updating and organizing past project work into more optimized ways to help track past project outcomes and how to enhance future business cases. * · Performs or assists with other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, IT or a related field. * Valid Driver’s License Preferred (will be commuting to WHEDA headquarters in Madison, WI) KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: * Demonstrated communication, problem-solving, and organizational collaboration skills * Strong adherence to confidentiality in working with clients and vendors Remote Work Options: This position has a work schedule that will initially be 100% in-office. After training is complete, it is at the discretion of the direct manager when the employee may begin a hybrid work schedule.
