This project has multiple opportunities for strategic communications and training through internal and external channels. The Training Specialist shall develop and maintain technical training curriculum to be delivered in all formats. Develop testing strategies to validate student level of knowledge. Plan, schedule and execute training to support SEVP stakeholders. What You Will Need: Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. Bachelor's Degree FIVE (5) or more years of experience in Training development What Would Be Nice To Have: Active DHS Public Trust Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to conduct comprehensive research and analysis. Ability to develop white papers, briefing materials, and to make oral presentation of these materials to all levels of management. Ability to educate and inform senior federal management on various communication planning alternatives.
