Description Our Company Mission Measurement (MM) is the world leader in measuring social outcomes. Get Paid to Change the World Mission Measurement seeks a highly capable and entrepreneurial Consulting Manager to support public-sector clients in shifting toward outcomes-focused, evidence-informed approaches to social impact and grantmaking. Managers work directly with federal agencies, state governments, and other funding bodies to help them design strategies, implement the Impact Genome Registry, make better investment decisions, and strengthen the systems and practices that support those decisions over time. This role is ideal for someone with strong consulting experience, comfort operating in complex public-sector environments, has change management and/or technology implementation experience, and the ability to translate analytical insight into practical action. Managers lead client engagements day-to-day, develop strategic recommendations, and guide clients through the organizational and operational changes required to adopt new ways of working. As part of a small and growing team, Managers take on significant responsibility and have direct exposure to senior leadership and clients. This role is mostly remote with the intent to move to hybrid or in-office in 2026. Candidates should be located near Washington DC or Chicago. Candidates must be willing to travel occasionally (~1x per month).
