Role Overview Hours: Full-Time Schedule: Weekdays; occasional evening check-ins as needed, weekend work is rare and travel is minimal Portfolio: Personally manage 10–20 projects Oversee a team of 3-4 Project Managers, each handling 30–50 projects Who You Are An Experienced Project Manager You bring 5–7 years of project management experience to the table. Key Responsibilities Leadership Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers Work with Resource Director to assign work strategically across team members Participate in leadership-level planning and decision-making Project Management Oversee complex client projects from start to finish Support team members in managing their project portfolios Process Improvement Identify and implement systems to improve efficiency and reduce errors Continuously refine workflows to enhance the client and team experience Embrace AI to reduce human error in our work Budget & Timeline Oversight Guide accurate project scoping and estimating Analyze profitability and recommend improvements Participate in monthly revenue reconciliation meetings Partner with accounting on reporting and forecasting Onboarding & Transition Support The current role holder will remain involved in a part-time, remote capacity to support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition. They will also continue managing resource allocation, allowing the new Director to focus on integration and leadership.
