Work Flexibility: Hybrid As a member of the myHR tier two support team, you will play a key role in administering, evaluating, and troubleshooting leave of absence programs within a Shared Service Model. You will deliver compassionate and exceptional service to employees navigating leave processes, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism. Additionally, you will facilitate effective and transparent communication with managers, HR Partners, and other stakeholders, maintaining compliance and ensuring the highest standard of support throughout the leave experience. What you will do : Manage end-to-end administration of leave of absence programs (e.g. maternity, parental, sick leave) across multiple countries Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on leave policies, eligibility, and processes Handle case management activities, including issue resolution and documentation Ensure accurate leave data management in systems such as Workday, UKG, and local authority portals Maintain clear and proactive communication with employees, managers, HR partners, and external stakeholders Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate and timely leave-related payments Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including SOP creation, process mapping, and system testing Collaborate on ongoing projects such as new country rollouts and implementation of new ways of working Your profile Essential Requirements Degree in Human Resources or a related field Fluency in English Experience in HR Operations, leave administration or a similar role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Preferred Requirements Additional language skills (French, Polish or German highly desirable) Experience with HR systems such as Workday, UKG, ServiceNow or payroll tools Exposure to time & attendance or payroll processes in European countries Experience working in a shared services or international environment Ability to analyze data and produce reports to support decision-making Travel Percentage: None Stryker is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
