As a Senior Paid Media Manager at Octal Philippines Inc., you will spearhead the planning, execution, and optimization of comprehensive paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and creative teams, and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI in alignment with company objectives. Your role will encompass strategic planning, budget management, performance analysis, client communication, and continuous innovation in paid media strategies to drive business growth. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media management with proven success in managing large digital advertising budgets. - Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making; experience with Google Analytics and other tracking tools. - Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience mentoring junior staff. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines. - Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing best practices is a plus.
