Position: Marketing Specialist (John Deere Tractor Business) Overview of the Role The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to support business growth in Thailand. This position is responsible for market research, campaign development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. The role requires a proactive, creative, and analytical individual who can manage multiple marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels while delivering measurable results. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer behavior, competitors, and industry insights Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals Create and launch marketing bulletins and lead generation campaigns Manage multi-channel campaigns including digital (social media, email, content) and traditional media (print, TV, radio) Plan and organize events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and design Adjust marketing plans and activities to meet performance objectives Develop and implement marketing communication plans Track campaign performance and produce detailed reports with data analysis Present insights and recommendations to internal teams and senior management Act as a key resource for market intelligence and up-to-date marketing insights Support the marketing team in achieving budget and performance targets Background and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, media channels, and market analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills Creative and strategic thinking with a proactive, self-starter mindset Strong communication skills in both English and Thai Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team Additional Details This role involves regular interaction with internal teams such as GFSTH and RMA support functions, as well as external stakeholders including brand owners, sub-dealers, customers, and suppliers. The position may require approximately 20% domestic travel for events, client engagement, and marketing activities.
