We're looking for an experienced Immigration Paralegal to support a diverse caseload of family-based and humanitarian immigration matters. This role is ideal for a highly proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage cases independently and handle sensitive matters with care and professionalism. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of immigration matters with minimal supervision Prepare and file applications, petitions, and supporting documentation Assist attorneys with case strategy and client communications Maintain organized and accurate case files Track deadlines and ensure timely filings with USCIS and EOIR Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish Gather and review supporting documents for completeness and accuracy 2+ years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Strong experience handling: VAWA petitions, Asylum cases, Removal defense, EOIR matters, Adjustment of Status (AOS) and Marriage-based visas Excellent case management and document preparation skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Proactive with the ability to anticipate case needs Able to work independently with minimal oversight Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Professional and empathetic when handling sensitive immigration matters Access to a $200K+ perk marketplace with discounts on 150+ global services.
