Full Job Description

As an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician &/or Installer at NH Ross, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties. Your role is vital in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our clients by providing efficient and reliable HVAC solutions. You will work closely with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality installations and service. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Repair and Replace HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and existing ductwork in residential settings. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose HVAC system malfunctions and provide effective solutions to repair them. Communicate with clients to explain service options, provide estimates, and address any questions. Maintain detailed records of services rendered and parts used during repairs and installations. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide clients with the best service possible. Proven experience as an HVAC technician or installer. Valid HVAC certifications. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, repairs, and installation procedures. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Physical capability to handle manuals labor and lift heavy equipment.
