POSITION SUMMARY Palletizes the larger elements of splashpad items, such as beams, fixtures, and more! This role includes putting together wooden crates from scratch.    Hours: M-F, 7:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. VALUES * Innovation  * Commitment & Passion  * Integrity  * Team & Relationships  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Package each part in a way that prohibits damage  * Build wooden crates to transport products * Ensures the label on the packaging will match the label on the part  * Work as a team when loading parts onto a pallet  * Check for quality defects  * Take direction from the team lead for position rotation  ATTRIBUTES * Able to work in a team environment  * Able to multi-task  * Able to rotate to other positions when needed  QUALIFICATIONS * Previous experience in assembly in a manufacturing environment. * Previous experience using a saw and hand/power tools. * Ability to read basic pick lists, labels, and part numbers. * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. * Basic computer knowledge. * High school completion or equivalent preferred. The target hourly range is $19.00 - $23.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.  In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
