Program Manager Department: PFM Employment Type: Contract / Temp Location: PFM-USTRANSCOM-DEFENSE-255020-IL Description Program Manager WHO WE ARE: STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups. STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs. STAHL Companies advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem. The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team! Responsibilities: Interface directly with Government management personnel to ensure alignment with mission objectives and contract requirements Lead staffing efforts across all program tasks, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and coverage Formulate, implement, and enforce work standards and operational procedures Develop and manage schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress across program activities Review and resolve work discrepancies, ensuring quality and compliance with established standards Communicate organizational policies, objectives, and goals effectively to team members and stakeholders Manage cost, performance, and schedule requirements across all contract deliverables Re-prioritize tasks and resources as needed to support evolving Government mission requirements Qualifications: Required: Active Secret clearance or higher (required) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Proven expertise in managing and controlling complex information systems architectures involving multiple, disparate database, network, and communications subsystems Demonstrated experience in manpower utilization, procurement, training, problem resolution, and employee relations Proven ability to reprioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively in dynamic environments Experience managing cost, performance, and schedule elements on Government contracts Desired: Experience delivering technical innovations within large-scale organizations (e.g., military or other Government entities) Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior Department of Defense (DoD) and non-DoD officials C4 (Command, Control, Communications, and Computers) experience in a military headquarters or command center environment *Position is contingent upon award.
