The Essentials Compensation: TX & OK: $25/hour VA, MD, & CO: $28.50/hour NC: $27/hour Benefits & Perks: Paid restricted and unrestricted fieldwork hours 15 days PTO + 7 paid holidays Paid CPR/BLS certification Health, dental, and vision coverage, plus FSA, life insurance, and more DailyPay for flexible access to earnings Employee recognition & referral programs University partnerships with tuition discounts What You’ll Have (REQUIRED): Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence Active RBT certification At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed Reliable transportation What You'll Do Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners. Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload. Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training. Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data. Research literature related to client programs. Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
