JOB SUMMARY Acrisure is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of insurance, regulatory compliance, policy development, and technology. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that business operations align with state and federal requirements while supporting strategic growth and operational efficiency. The Senior Compliance Manager will act as a key liaison between business units and technical teams, driving governance, mitigating enterprise risk, and implementing best practices across multiple business verticals. This position is well suited for a highly organized and strategic professional with strong project management experience and deep knowledge of insurance compliance. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, with a focus on insurance compliance and regulatory requirements Oversee compliance processes including policy cancellations, nonrenewals, and adherence to regulatory guidelines Review policy language and identify gaps between ISO and manuscript forms Support development of new program forms, exclusions, and endorsement enhancements Identify compliance risks and implement enterprise-wide best practices to support proactive issue resolution Manage internal audit functions across business units and ensure consistency in audit processes Establish and maintain governance standards, including documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment between operational processes and system capabilities Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and operational staff Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends, ensuring timely updates to internal processes and policies Requirements Proven experience managing complex, compliance focused or insurance related projects Strong understanding of insurance regulations, policy structures, and compliance requirements Experience reviewing policy language, including ISO and manuscript forms Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to assess complex issues and develop solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams Ability to operate independently in a fast paced, evolving environment Education and Licenses Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business, or a related field beneficial Relevant certifications or advanced training in compliance, insurance, or project management beneficial Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
