We operate as a lean, high-performance team with high individual ownership and direct access to leadership. Role overview: Our Recruitment team drives the growth and success of Flagright. We are looking for a Founding Recruiter who can attract world-class talent, scale high-performing teams, and act as a player/coach to mentor and lead the recruitment function. As the Founding Recruiter, you will establish our hiring foundations and engage top talent through outbound outreach and targeted headhunting. You will own hiring end-to-end from sourcing to offer, ensuring excellent candidate experience across multiple jurisdictions. You will also coach and grow the recruitment team, setting high standards for processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
