The Client Specialist at our Phoenix branch will be skilled in: All forms of communication, written and verbal, with supervisors, peers, clients, and/or subordinates. Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships; developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time. High level of networking and communication skills with the desire to want to build long lasting working relationships. Service Orientation — Actively looking for ways to help people. Social Perceptiveness — Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do. Active Learning — Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making. The ideal candidate: Knows the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word Has an extensive customer service background Strong account management experience Has recruiting experience Phone experience - can comfortably and professionally answer and make calls Is looking to plant roots in a fast-paced office in a fast-growing company in a booming industry Thrives on crushing goals, helping others, delivering results and making a difference in the community Ability to go to client sites for meetings and check-ins HUGE plus for applicants with staffing industry/agency experience! Bilingual Spanish/English is a Required! Staffing Industry experience Preferred. High volume Recruiting Required. Understand that this is NOT a remote position. If you live in or near Phoenix we offer: Competitive pay range $42,000 - $52,000 contingent on experience. Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position. KPI driven bonuses Excellent benefits including matching 401k!
