Job DetailsJob Location: 105 Omaha NE - Omaha, NE 68183Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary/yearJob Shift: DayThe Project Coordinator is a detail-oriented and organized individual with a background in Project Management and creation of process/policy documentation. They will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring deadlines are met, and facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders. Hours: M – F, 7am – 3:30pm. Pay range: $45,000 - $60,000 Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed on time. Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and report on project status to stakeholders. Facilitate communication between project team members, management, and clients. Assist with project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies. Develop operational process and policy documentation that is coordinated with the project team and operational end users. Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. Knowledge or change order management and invoicing as well as experience in construction related project management, is a plus. Professional (PMP) certification and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or Project Manager is a plus but not required. Equivalent work experience will be considered. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Provide administrative support to the project team as needed. Other tasks assigned by management. QualificationsSkills and Competencies: Integrity - Must be honest and ethical.
