Project Scope: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage IT and technology-driven projects across enterprise environments. The role involves overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed within scope, time, and budget while delivering business value. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to drive projects in dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage single or multiple IT projects from initiation to closure Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and business units Maintain project documentation, reports, and PMO records Ensure project quality, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards Produce weekly status reports and present updates to leadership Drive continuous improvement in project management practices Required Skills & Experience: · 6+ years of experience in Project Management · 4+ years managing IT or technology-related projects · Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, and execution · Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Planner, etc.) · Strong stakeholder management and communication skills · Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment · Active PMP Certification (Mandatory) Preferred Skills: · Experience managing cloud-based projects · Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.) · Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies · Strong understanding of modern technologies and digital transformation initiatives Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
