Position Title: Technical Recruiter Location: Hybrid 2-3 days in Arlington, VA Other Considerations: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Required) POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and hiring technical talent. You will have 5+ years of proven recruitment expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle within the government contracting space. In this position you will partner with delivery teams, proposal managers, and hiring managers to fill critical roles efficiently. Come join a growing talent acquisition team! RESPONSIBILITIES * Partner with hiring managers and executives to identify workforce needs, define role requirements, and create effective sourcing plans * Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for culture, skill, and clearance requirements for both funded and proposal staffing needs * Support offer development, negotiation, and pre-employment processes * Navigate government contracting hiring nuances including labor categories, salary constraints, and contractual staffing requirements * Ensure recruiting processes comply with government contracting regulations (OFCCP, EEO, security clearance requirements, etc.) * Enhance visibility in the government contracting talent market * Maintain accurate and timely data within the ATS and provide recruiting metrics and status * Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired roles such as Architects, Engineers, Developers, Analysts, and Project Managers QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field * 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in government contracting * Familiarity with security clearance processes and hiring for cleared roles at the Public Trust level * Demonstrated success recruiting for highly technical roles * Solid understanding of labor categories, contract staffing models, and proposal recruiting * Ability to manage multiple requisitions across fast-paced, dynamic programs * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) ADP to manage recruiting workflows * Strong Candidate sourcing skills using tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, technical job boards, and professional networks * Familiar with OFCCP compliance WORKING CONDITIONS Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting.
