Senior Consultants at Q5 lead significant project workstreams and play a critical role in shaping client outcomes, strengthening relationships, and contributing to commercial growth. You combine strong analytical capability with sound commercial judgement and the ability to influence stakeholders. You are trusted to manage client relationships day to day, deliver high quality outputs, and identify opportunities to extend Q5’s impact. Consulting at Q5 spans four core areas: Project Delivery Relationship Management Business Development Practice Contribution and Growth Project Delivery You manage projects end to end and shape the thinking that drives client decisions. You will: Work closely with senior team members to scope and plan engagements; own delivery of defined components Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines proactively Demonstrate strong critical thinking and articulate clear insights from analysis Structure and facilitate client workshops to gather data and ensure alignment Translate interviews, workshops, and data into clear recommendations Produce high quality, client ready deliverables with precision and attention to detail Supervise junior members of the project team Relationship Management You are a credible and confident presence with clients and manage working relationships independently. You will: Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including senior leaders Adapt your communication style to suit different audiences and contexts Navigate complex and challenging situations while managing client expectations Position Q5 as a collaborative partner focused on long term value Business Development You contribute to the commercial growth of Q5 in the North America market. You understand how your clients’ businesses operate and use this insight to help shape opportunities and build the firm’s capabilities and reputation. You will: Identify and surface opportunities to extend engagements or introduce additional Q5 capabilities within active client work Contribute substantively to proposals, case studies, and thought leadership aligned to sector or service priorities Support targeted business development activity including events, campaigns, and market outreach Demonstrate commercial awareness in how work is scoped, positioned, and delivered Practice Contribution and Growth You contribute to strengthening and evolving the practice beyond your project work.
