ECS is seeking Intelligence Analysts to work in our Vienna, VA office.  Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.   We are expanding our team of cleared professionals to support critical national security mission operations. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, excel at analytical problem‑solving, and want your work to have real‑world impact, we want to meet you.   We are hiring across multiple mission‑focused roles, where you’ll help protect the nation through intelligence analysis, operational support, and data‑driven insights.   What you'll do: Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include: * Conducting intelligence research and analysis using classified and open‑source information * Performing identity resolution and information analysis for national security screening and vetting missions * Reviewing biographic, biometric, and derogatory data across multiple government systems * Supporting operational coordination and information‑sharing with government partners * Contributing to quality assurance, data integrity checks, and analytical reporting * Providing program management and operational coordination support * Working in shift‑based operational environments to meet mission demands * Identifying trends, patterns, and emerging threats * Supporting documentation, reporting, and mission process improvement initiatives We are seeking cleared candidates for positions such as: * Intelligence Analyst * Senior Intelligence Analyst * Operational Analyst * Intelligence Research Specialist * Data / Information Analyst * Mission Support Analyst Qualifications * Active TS/SCI clearance * Ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph * Strong analytical and research skills * Ability to collaborate in mission‑focused environments * Excellent written and verbal communication * Ability to manage multiple priorities in operational settings Education and experience requirements will vary by role but may include: * Background in intelligence analysis, national security, law enforcement, or related mission environments * Experience conducting research and analysis using multiple information systems * Familiarity with intelligence processes, analytical methodologies, or operational mission environments * Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced mission support environments
